Which systems can we move from?
From most common systems. Where there is no export we work from the database or the public data of the webshop.
Do customers need new passwords?
From most systems passwords cannot be moved safely. In that case a reset mail goes out and the account is kept.
Is the search ranking kept?
That is why redirects are built together with the migration, not after it. Ranking typically settles back within a few weeks.
How long is the webshop down?
The switch itself takes minutes, because the data is already in the new system.
