Custom integrations

Your webshop and your other systems see the same data. We connect them.

ERP, invoicing, inventory, logistics, CRM. Orders, stock and customer data move automatically, without manual copying.

What breaks in manual transfer

As long as data passes between two systems through human hands, an error is only a matter of time.

Manual retyping

Every manual step is a chance to get it wrong, and the customer usually notices before you do.

Stock drifting apart

If stock refreshes once a day, the webshop sells what is already gone.

Orders leaving late

An order that reaches the warehouse late ships late. The integration cuts that to minutes.

What we do

How the integration is built.

Reviewing the other system

We check what interface it offers: API, file or database. That tells us what can move and how often.

Building the connection

The connection is built as a module, with credentials in the webshop settings, not in the code.

Sync logic

We agree field by field which system owns the data, so they do not overwrite each other.

Error handling

If the other system does not answer, nothing is lost: it retries, and reports when it cannot.

Logging

Every run leaves a trace, so it stays visible what moved and what stalled.

Load

Large volumes move in batches, so neither the webshop nor the other system is overloaded.

How it works

Review, build, go live.

1

Review

We review the other system and write down what can move, in which direction, and how often.

2

Development

The integration is built and rehearsed with test data in both systems.

3

Go live

After go live we watch the log and stay with it until the process runs on its own.

Frequent questions

What people ask before an integration.

What is needed from the other system?
API access or a data connection, and its documentation. If there is no documentation, we talk to the vendor.
What happens if the other system goes down?
Nothing is lost: a failed transfer retries and stays visible in the log. We can also send a notification.
How often does it sync?
As the business needs. Stock typically every minute, orders immediately, master data daily.
What if there is no API?
Then we build file or database based transfer. The solution follows what the other system allows.
Where is the data stored?
Credentials live in the webshop settings, encrypted. They never go into the code or the log.

Send the webshop address and which system it has to connect to. We look at it and reply within two working days with what we suggest and what it costs.
